Who do you typically work with?
I work with individuals and small business owners who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next step and want clear, practical guidance to move forward. Many clients are early-stage business owners, operators wearing too many hats, or individuals looking to bring more structure and direction to their goals.
Do you specialize in any specific industries?
I’m industry-agnostic by design. My focus is on strategy, operations, and systems that create clarity and momentum regardless of industry. That said, I’m especially comfortable working with service-based businesses and individuals navigating growth, transition, or complexity.
How does your military background influence your approach?
My time in the U.S. Army taught me the importance of structure, accountability, and calm decision-making under pressure. I bring that same mindset into my work; cutting through noise, prioritizing what matters most, and building practical systems that work in real life, not just on paper.
What does a typical engagement look like?
It usually starts with a conversation to understand your goals, challenges, and current situation. From there, we identify priorities, create a clear plan, and focus on execution. Engagements can be short-term or ongoing, depending on your needs.
What types of problems do you help solve?
I help clients with clarity, organization, decision-making, and building repeatable systems. This can include operational structure, strategic direction, prioritization, and accountability. If the issue is “I know I need to move forward, but I’m not sure how,” that’s usually a good fit.
What areas do you not help with?
I don’t provide legal, accounting, or financial advisory services, and I don’t offer quick-fix or hype-driven solutions. My focus is on sustainable improvement, not shortcuts.
